Yoga for Tight and Tired Neck and Sholders

Aside from being a natural place we carry emotional tension, our neck and shoulders literally bear the weight of parenting. Caring our children, feeding our babies, and toting around car seats, diaper bags, sporting equipment and more can leave her upper body in one tight, neglected mess!

Here are a couple of yoga poses to help keep the upper body stretched out. All you need is minimum 5-10 minutes and the intention to breathe freely for yourself!
